- Prescription information — for prescription orders, the lens values you provide or upload, your pupillary distance, and related details. We treat this health-related information with added care and share it only as needed to fill your order.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and similar analytics collected through cookies and similar technologies to help us improve the site.
How we use it
- To process, fulfill, and ship your order, including producing prescription lenses
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to your questions
- To send the newsletter or marketing emails you've opted into — you can unsubscribe at any time
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and prevent fraud
When we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run NightVu, and only as needed:
- Optical labs that produce your lenses (including your prescription)
- Payment processors, shipping carriers, and email service providers
